Mobile Composite Repair Workshop

Our mobile composite repair workshop CompShop, is a complete portable cleanroom solution.

The CompShop is a unique air inflated structure that provides a simple and cost effective solution for composite repair works, when a conventional cleanroom is not available. With the added advantage of being portable, this unit can be relocated in just a few minutes to the repair site and fully setup within 15 minutes. When not required, it can be placed in storage to free up hangar space.

The CompShop provides the ideal solution for repairing parts that have been removed from the aircraft, with all the benefits of a conventional cleanroom. When undertaking composite repairs, it is of critical importance to control the environment , including humidity levels, dust levels and temperature. The standard accessories include air-filtration with plenum, lighting, dehumidification and positive pressure control. Air conditioning equipment may also be included for temperature control. Ducts are provided as standard to cater for the necessary air-conditioning equipment.

The complete CompShop kit with accessories is supplied in 2 plastic crates. In the unlikely event that it becomes damaged while in use, an on-site repair kit is supplied as part of the package.

The package can be set up in under 5 minutes and can be deflated and stored away in approximately 15 minutes with a crew of 2 people.
