Ground Support Equipment Tripod Jacks

Our tripod-jacks facilitate highly cost-effective and efficient maintenance of your aircraft. The consistent modularity allows them to be configured according to your specific requirements. Various configuration options, from the basic to the high-end versions, are available. As an option in combination with our central Electronic Jacking And Levelling control system (EJAL).

The portfolio includes tripod-jacks with a wide range of 2 up to 210 tons. The whole aircraft fleet—narrow-body, wide-body, business jets, regional jet aircraft or helicopters is covered.

From the development phase, which features advanced manufacturing techniques, to our after-sales service, we remain committed to safety, quality and durability.
Most of our mechanical components are manufactured in-house. Additional components are exclusively manufactured by internationally reputable vendors. All tripod-jacks are fully OEM approved.

Even in harsh environmental conditions our tripod-jacks perform their maintenance-service reliably. Every single product must prove its quality on the test stand before it is delivered to the customer. All our tripod-jacks, regardless of the capacity, are designed for outstanding robustness and therefore tested with 10% side load ability and 150% proof load.

Tripod-jacks

TJ series

The TJ Series are wide-body tripod-jacks with a maximum configuration. Starting from the simple pneumatic drive unit up to fully automatic lifting and lowering with an EJAL system, everything is available. The modularity delivers maximum flexibility and allows to configure the jacks according to the customer’s specific requirements.

 

The main advantage of the modular concept? The customer can individually assemble his tripod-jack just how he needs it. TJ tripod-jacks can be used for several wide body aircraft models.

D/DT series

The D/DT series covers all of the most common regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. It has been engineered and developed based on our 50 years of experience. We fully understand the operators’ requirements around the world.
The consistent modularity allows us to configure the D/DT tripod-jack according to your specific requirements. Various configuration options, from the basic to the high-end versions, are available. They can be combined with our central Electronic Jacking And Levelling (EJAL) control system for safe operation.

Fort-Evo series

The Fort-Evo series has been engineered and developed using state-of-the-art technology. It covers all of the most common narrow-body aircraft.

The consistent modularity allows it to be configured according to your specific requirements. Various configuration options, from the basic to the high-end versions, are available. They can be combined with our central Electronic Jacking And Levelling (EJAL) control system for safe operation.

Recovery

For the recovery of aircraft, we offer the unique Intelligent Lifting System (ILS). The aircraft will be fully secured during the entire recovery operation due to continuous and precise force measurement. This system offers complete safety, mobility time savings and avoids secondary damage.

Shoring equipment

Our shoring equipment provides additional support for the aircraft when it is on jacks and it is also for cargo usage. The basic configuration is available with various options including an air-hydraulic or electrically driven pump unit. Our shoring stanchions are available for all most common wide-body and narrow-body aircraft.

We offer a wide range of different accessories for all our tripod-jacks to round out our portfolio. Ranging from complete tripod-jack rain covers, weighing systems, load warning systems up to our universal laser target system.
