Benefits

Extendable cylinder

  • Easy adjustment to the landing gear of various aircraft types
  • The cylinder stages are surface-hardened giving them a long service life and making them resistant

Ergonomic design

  • The ergonomic drawbar makes it easy for the user to operate and maneuver the axle-jack
  • The front wheel can be raised or lowered using the controls on the handle
  • The front wheel can be extended by pumping the drawbar

Chassis cylinder with a spring

  • The cylinder is located in the center of the axle-jack
  • The height of the front rigid wheel can be adjusted with the spring cylinder

Outstanding maneuverability

  • The two rear wheels can be rotated 360°
  • This ensures best maneuverability

Check valve for maximum safety

  • The check valve is a safety feature
  • It prevents the pneumatic system from over-pressure

Spindle stroke

  • The spindle can be unscrewed individually
  • This ensured simple adjustment to the landing gear of various aircraft types

Global service

  • Worldwide service network in all major time zones
  • Our AOG desk offers support whenever you need it, 365/24/7
  • Proof-load test on-site

Teflon seals for low maintenance

Low maintenance due to bronze-filled teflon seals on the main cylinder

Low extension and retraction time

  • The hydraulic pump is operated using compressed air
  • The high- and low-pressure pumps are located inside the oil tank
  • If the force required is too high, the axle-jack is not extended any further to prevent damage
