We are operational and our focus is to stay operational and support you, our customers, friends and partners, who have been affected by this unprecedented event.
We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure that HYDRO is there for you as long as the situation and government regulations allow.
»In safe hands« also means we are ensuring the health of all our employees. Additional health and safety protocols have been activated to keep our team, clients and visitors safe and healthy.
Our Business continuity
We have also reviewed our business continuity plans in light of the very specific circumstances that a Coronavirus outbreak may present to ensure our operational stability and reachability.
All of our Leadership and Sales team members have the ability to work normally from home and are available for you via video conference or telephone during the current travel restrictions.
Please note that we have established limited access to external visitors to our physical sites at this time. Please contact us prior to your visit.
We are continuously looking for alternatives in the supply chain to decrease dependencies in this critical time. Where possible we have increased stock levels to further support our customers.
