The Diesel-Driven Ground Power Unit, the so called DDM is built to last. The innovative design withstands the harshest conditions at the apron and is made of a mix of fully recyclable PCUV, stainless-steel and powder-coated steel materials. They combine a highly efficient and durable 400Hz generator, with the latest engine technology and an advanced 3G ready control system.
Low maintenance necessary
The GPU convinces its plug and play concept for the electrical control throughout all products and an intuitive hybrid user interface for easy operation. In addition, the low-maintenance product concept reduces time and costs for spare parts and maintenance. On-site maintenance and service is improved by remote access to all units.

The newly designed hybrid interface is reduced to the very essentials and withstands the harshest conditions at the apron. Due to the thought-out product concept, which is based on the experience by ground handling personnel. It is intuitively to use via a combination of control-buttons and touch display for the operator and the service staff.
