AIRCRAFT ON GROUND - HYDRO HELPS

Aircraft maintenance is a highly- regulated, safety- critical, complex and competitive industry. There is a need to develop innovative solutions to address process efficiency without compromising safety and quality.

We at HYDRO Systems understand and welcome these challenges, as our customers struggle to get their aircraft back into the operation!

Case in Point:

One of our customers has an Aircraft On Ground (AOG) A350 in LAX, for a hard landing; a post- hard landing inspection must now be completed. To do so requires the best tripods possible, HYDRO JACKS. But the A350 is only operated by Delta (a relatively small fleet) out of ATL, so what next? Call HYDRO! Of course we respond in our standard attentive fashion, ensuring the customer needs come first. We don‘t yet have a lease/rental set of jacks, but in working closely with the operator, we devise a plan to bring a set of the customers‘ HYDRO jacks from home base on the next flight.

But who will assemble and recertify these jacks from the shipping configuration to the fully operational status required? Call the HYDRO USA Service team! Of course with the professionalism found in the hearts of all of the HYDRO family, the service team springs into action. Understanding the urgency, they travel to LAX, assemble and service the units for use. Once the aircraft is declared serviceable, they tear the units back down and prepare them for shipping back to their home base. This of course, is met with laudatory comments from the host operator in LAX (the hangar owner) as well as the operator of the actual aircraft. Ten days later at the semi-annual International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP), the buzz is out between 118 IATA certified airlines on how great an event this was and how they can count on HYDRO Service with confidence.
