Structured project management is one important brick in the 30 years of Engineered Solutions’ success.
- Requirement capture: We assist our customers with a consulting approach to define the requirements or to evaluate alternatives to the original ideas.
- Concept specification: We provide one or more possible concepts including a problem analysis, a feasibility study, etc.
- Development: We develop the solution in more detail together with our customers, ending with the Preliminary Design Review (PDR).
- Design: After agreement about the general solution, we start with the design of the required hardware in 3D and 2D. This phase ends with the Critical Design Review (CDR).
- Manufacturing: We manufacture all relevant project hardware together with our manufacturing partners. If required, the different elements will be assembled at your facilities.
- Commissioning: We ensure that the delivered solution integrates smoothly into your existing process flow.
- Training: We offer on-site training for all of our solutions.
- Service: As part of life-cycle management, we support you even after delivery of the engineered solution and offer long-term service contracts to guarantee trouble-free operation for years
Customers clearly benefit from single-source turn-key solutions
A thorough understanding of aviation industry processes and requirements helps us to offer our customers turn-key solutions. The foundation is the perceptive understanding of the customer’s project goals, challenges and needs. Instead of processing jobs, we apply a proactive approach. We plan ahead and, if requested, show how to improve processes and product details.
