What data is processed?
Personal data refers to all the data and information you have provided to us about yourself, which relates to your person or can be used to establish a connection to your person. We collect and process the following personal data from you:

Purpose of processing
We collect and process your personal data to conduct the selection process for the advertised position. The data you provide will be processed to handle your application, and, in the event of an employment relationship, also to manage the employment relationship. The data will not be processed for any other purpose.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Confidential handling of data and revocation
The data you transmit to us will be treated confidentially. Application documents in our company are only accessible to those persons directly involved in filling the vacancy. You can revoke the processing of your data at any time. In the event of a revocation, your documents and personal data can no longer be considered for the ongoing application process.
Data transfer
We transmit your personal data to courts, tax authorities, regulatory authorities, insofar as this is legally permissible and necessary to comply with applicable law or to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. We take all measures to ensure appropriate and adequate safeguards for the protection of your personal data.
Unless legal provisions require the transfer to third parties or the transfer to third parties is necessary for contractual reasons (e.g., when booking travel) or in your interest, no personal data will be transferred to third parties. If an employment contract is concluded between you and us, the data provided will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with the legal provisions. If no employment contract is concluded with you, your application documents will be deleted six months after the rejection decision is communicated, unless other legitimate interests of our company oppose the deletion. A legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, the duty to provide evidence in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
Your rights: Right to information, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, right to object, and right to data portability
Upon request, we will inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable law, whether and which personal data about you is stored with us. If, despite our efforts to ensure data security and accuracy, incorrect information is stored, we will correct it at your request.
In addition, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data by us. You can also request to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You can also object to the processing of your personal data by us.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data unless statutory retention periods preclude this.
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of consent does not make the data processing unlawful for the past.
