For our tomorrow's young talents
Deutschlandstipendium
The Deutschlandstipendium is a program by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. HYDRO participates in this program and financially supports three talented and hard-working students every month.
Supporting students at universities of applied sciences
We are a member of the Friends and Supporters of Hochschule Offenburg. Within this role, we are committed to sponsoring university projects and supporting students with grants for semesters abroad, as well as with project and graduation theses and with their efforts to network within the industry.
Training partnerships
Not yet sure where your life will take you? We maintain training partnerships with schools in order to support students with their career-choosing process. For example, we organize plant visits, give students the opportunity to get their first-ever hands-on experience at our in-house training workshop, and have our apprentices visit trade classes and talk about their day-to-day work.
