Hydraulic Unit (A350-900)
This compression tool is used for the compression of the Airbus A350 shock absorber during MLG removal/installation and shock absorber servicing procedures. The compression tool is controlled hydraulically by means of two cylinders and activated by a hydraulic system, optionally operated by a hand pump or an air-driven hydraulic pump. The operating elements are mounted on an operator panel and all of them can be operated from the left side of the equipment trolley. The tool can be fitted to a fully extended or fully compressed MLG.
