Line maintenance, base maintenance, aircraft modifications or AOG situations not only need ground support equipment, such as tripod-jacks or axle-jacks, but they also require special tools tailored to each aircraft model. But how many tools do you need? What do you have to consider when buying tools? And how do you know if your vendor is a licensee?

The lower deck of an aircraft is usually used as cargo space. The various cargo sections are known as the hold and differ according to their position in the aircraft. But what are unit load devices? The engine is the heart of each aircraft and has to be maintained and overhauled strictly. The COBRA engine change system is the economic, safe and highly efficient system solution for engine maintenance. Based on intensive market feedback of the global COBRA operators, HYDRO has now brought the COBRA engine change system to an even higher level of operator, engine and aircraft safety.

Weather conditions especially in the US can traditionally be strong in winter. Airlines have to face harsh conditions especially around December till March. We have a stock of engine shelters for all wide-body aircraft as well as all narrow-body aircraft from the E-Jet up to A320 available. With this stock AOG incidents globally can be covered.

In collaboration with the outstanding safety team from Horiguchi, we now offer recertification, repair and replacement of HYDRO products to OEM standards in Japan. Our service-center in Tokyo is part of a network of 12 service-center worldwide. From proof-load testing to complete full service management, we provide a customized care solution that ensures the ongoing operation readiness of our customer’s equipment.
