Airbus expert training for HYDRO service center managers

HYDRO has a presence at all strategic aircraft hubs globally. Constantly raising our own goals for quality improvement, some branch managers of our worldwide 10 service centers, as well as technical support colleagues visited the Airbus facilities in Hamburg for a training course.

Hamburg is the third largest aviation hub worldwide. With more than 12,000 employees Airbus has its second largest location in Hamburg. All important steps of aircraft manufacturing take place at Airbus Hamburg: Development, design, manufacturing and final assembly, as well as delivery. This includes section assembly and equipment of Airbus A320, A330, A380 and A350 XWB. Overall various cross-divisional functions including customer services and quality assurance are located at Airbus Hamburg.

The HYDRO service center managers from the UK, USA, Singapore, Dubai and Germany, as well as some HYDRO technical support colleagues participated in a two days professional Airbus training course, provided by Satair – an Airbus subsidiary providing support and supply chain solutions to the aerospace aftermarket. This course was a final one in a series of expert training courses in the last months.
