Specialist Expertise

Our qualified workforce identifies with our products. Most of our employees have been working with us for many years and have become extremely proficient in their field of expertise. Optimized working processes result in the development of solutions to problems posed by industry or individual customers. This in turn leads to the expert manufacture of a prototype and culminates in an innovative serial product such as, for example, the COBRA Engine Change System for engine replacement.

International Production

Working with HYDRO will allow you to benefit from worldwide service stations and sales branches as well as local representatives. In addition, we have manufacturing sites in Germany and the USA. All this means that we offer our customers an excellent delivery service as well as excellent products.

HYDRO stands for highly qualified employees working with modern equipment. All stages of production using the latest procedures are carried out in-house:

Machining

Everything in this area now involves networked production technologies. The entire process is carried out electronically, ensuring smooth reproduction without compromising on quality.

Deep-hole boring

State-of-the-art tools will provide today what was unthinkable only a few years ago. Our module-based drilling equipment meets all requirements.

Welding

A core expertise in our production process. All welding processes are carried out to the highest quality and precision. Up-to-date welding equipment, including a welding robot, ensures cost efficiency while manufacturing products for the top end of the market.

Torch cutting

We cut steel up to 250mm depth. With CNC precision.

Sandblasting

A state-of-the-art sandblasting plant to achieve optimum surfaces is part of HYDRO’s standard equipment. Short production times can be achieved without having to factor in transportation times.

Varnishing

HYDRO is well known for its excellent varnishing quality. We use top quality, skydrol resistant two-component varnishes. Our standard color is RAL 1028 but we are able to supply others on request.

Assembly

Our final assembly process also provides for additional monitoring of all components of any product. Our assembly team is highly trained. Top quality all the way to the final touches on your new product.

Checks

Because we want you to be delighted with your HYDRO product, all our products undergo extensive checks before delivery. It goes without saying that we have some of the world’s cutting-edge checking equipment in-house. We can even test the huge new A380 tripod jacks. Our uncompromising final checks allow us to give you our HYDRO quality guarantee.
