Staff Development

HYDRO is represented worldwide. We offer exceptionally attractive training opportunities to our staff. These include cooperation with international partners and placements abroad as well as preparatory seminars and language courses. In addition, senior positions are usually awarded internally. We particularly welcome families. Our unique internal crèche in Biberach “flying machine” (www.fliegerkiste-biberach.de ) offers flexible and individual childcare allowing you to balance your family and job. The modern crèche is 50% subsidized by HYDRO, and there is no registration fee.
