Rolls-Royce
In 2007 Rolls-Royce awarded HYDRO the exclusive licence for the supply of all engine assembly, strip and service tooling. HYDRO in partnership with Rolls-Royce are able to support the tooling requirements of Aircraft Operators service bases, and MRO facilities globally. Tools range from standard hand held equipment , consumables such as MVP bags to larger engine build and transportation stands, and includes complex custom designed equipment for special requirements e.g. Trent XWB OBELIX for the air transit of a complete engine and test pylon.
HYDRO builds on its global reputation for Aircraft GSE to provide a complete ‘Design and Make’ and ‘Make to Print (MTP)’ and ‘Technical Support’ service for the complete range of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace large engine tooling ( RB211 and Trent derivatives and also for IAE V2500).
Since 2008, HYDRO Systems is the sole global distributor for the following TEST-FUCHS standard products:
- Hydraulic Ground Power Unit (HGPU)
- Test-Equipment for AIRBUS RAM-Air Turbines
- Mobile Fill and Drain Devices
